The capstone course is essential to a
student's understanding of the professional world in accounting. It is writing
intensive, highly challenging, and brings together concepts previously learned
in the pre-requisite courses. For such an important and difficult class a
student should not have to worry about failing because of a teacher's known
lack of clarity, focus, and inadequate grading methods. To ensure that we, as
students seeking knowledge, are not deprived of the essential skills this
course will teach please sign this petition to strive for a replacement for
Sunita Ahlawat to be assigned to ACC 498 for this Fall 2012 semester.
Signing this petition indicates you agree with the statement that Sunita Ahlawat is an ineffective teacher.
I will use this petition as well as a written report detailing her ineffectiveness too try an convice the president, Dr. R. Barbara Gitenstein, to remove Ahlawat from teaching ACC 498. If anyone would like this to try an remove her from teachin tax as well I will be more than happy to share my petition's findings.
Worst experience i have had at this school. She has no idea how to explain simple concepts and the grading makes zero sense.
