in the past few decades we had durastic changes in our school systems in an attempt to make them better such as laws passed for child abuse and whatnought. although those are some very important things our schools still need to be improved. Its not just new books we need. its leaders in our class rooms; yes we may have a few excellent teachers around. But we need them all to be excellent leaders; not the big buff steriotype leaders. we need them to run classes where every one is Equal including themselfs, ones that enforce comradship among us all, teachers that keep us in a relaxed enviroment so we can focus on our studies better; examples: going to the bathroom we all have problems with teachers not letting us go and a conflict starts " oh o can\'t do work untill i go to the bath room" and you aren\'t allowed untill you get something done, well why not just let us go without asking. its the teachers job to get us to pass and any one can stand up infront of a class and explain something like they learned it in the many years that they spent in kolledge\'s and universety\'s. well why don\'t they also learn how to effectively teach the matirial instead of just stand there day after day repeating themselfs "put away the cell phone" " don\'t listen to music" "no doodling" ect. we need teachers that can let us find our way of learning and work together to achieve our goal for greatness and education by becoming leaders not just teachers!!!!!! so basicaly what i\'m saying is if our teachers can learn how to aproach us during the semester we have to bear together, so we all can learn and benefiet from the class time we all have to go to every day
