Yes, of course there should be a split. Truthfully, I don't understand why we would need a petition to change the current process. The office equipment industry has been creating comp splits for this purpose since the beginning of time.

If there is only one credit, the credit needs to go to the selling dealer. The commission should be shared, but the selling dealer is the one who got the business, Major Account or not.

This policy change makes sense and is the right thing to do: It is not only fair & beneficial to all concerned, but it will promote goodwill between Dealers and FP Management.

Yes, the policy of splitting meter credits between selling and installing dealer/house should be split and policy change done. It doesn't pay to do all the work as a selling dealer for multi location deals if we don't get meter credit.
