Help prevent the switch of High School and Elementary school start times in Chesterfield County. It is not safe for the Emementary kids to be out so early waiting at the bus stop, especially during the winter time becayse it is really dark in the morning. Another concern is that High schoolers won't get home yntil 4:300 assuming they don't participate in sports or clubs. If they do either of these that would make their arrival time 5:30+ leaving less time for homework and projects
