To: Alpaca-in-chief,Daniel Berdichevsky From: Some fellow Alpaca-lovers Scholar's cup also has strived to great extents to make this competition fair for all. BUT Scholar's cup has always followed a timetable in which the globals ended in June. We, (some) scholars of Asia and Middle East, are at an unfortunate disadvantage of attending the globals during the time of our exams. Especially the scholars of Dubai, face a month where regionals and globals sandwich our term-end exams. So, it would be extremely great (and we will probably break out into a happy Alpaca song) if the globals were postponed by only two weeks into the month of July. To make the fact that this is the general consensus, more clear, we have made this petition.
