Change the Uber rating system!

Problem is riders not realizing that if they get too picky it's going to be bad for business for both riders and drivers

The rating system NEEDS to change.

Most riders think a perfect ride should be rated a 3. Then it goes up or down from there.

i think that uber needs to change their rating system as a lot of the time passengers rate the situation instead of rating the driver which can affect the driver's career and cause economic hardships for them. obviously uber probably doesn't care about that because before deactivating an account they do not even bother asking the driver's point of view if they have had a bad ride which is completely unfair. if uber carries on like this drivers are probably going to want to leave uber and join other cab services which will actually affect uber greatly do they should always consider this. they need drivers, drivers don't need them.

In my personal opinion i really dont know what kind of criteria apply to rate some one that i just goint to move in few minutes from point a to point b i really dont care if he is rough, drunk, black, gay, white spanic ect Is really insane and ridiculous that we as drivers be under the stress and the pressure of a cheap frugal, arrogant, disgusted, classless, shameless scum with this little stars rating system Besides tha cheapper we charge we got to be under this stupid stress It is for this that people believe that we are abounch of mental retarders driving for fun or for the pleasure of meet them This is one more of the deseptive and manipulative methods travis and his crew are experimenting with us Why do i got to be worry or concerned how this scum going to rate me if he/she is paying me a musery comparing with the stinky taxi cabs? Why do i got to be exposed to the criteria os this scum if they are already saving a lot of money with me and my leased car? Im not in this business to evaluate nobody im here to make money and make a living; i believe travis and his crew use the stars rating system like a strategy to get rid off of anybody at any time they want and for any reason they consider to deactivite us If you as a driver of this apps not behave according to their best interest you are desactivited right away ussing the rate system to justify your deactivation By the way The forum Uberpeople.net is a joke they dont allow the freedom of speach at all Running by travis And his crew They only want to read beautiful lies but not real issues As soon you said something real as soon you are banned

The riders may give 1 star during surge pricing, expensive Uber black/SUV rides when they have no other options, driving at allowed speed limits when they are late, not listening to them to make illegal turns, show up late even they are aware of bad traffic, if you use GPS, when they punch wrong pick up location so...on and on. How could we relate above on driver's performance/ rating? Don't waste your time writing negative feedback of riders because they won't adjust and if you keep on sending more, they will write back telling that the "rider have not rated yet". Their simple method works.
