To wit, the traffic control system at the intersection of 6th Street & Lawrence Street in Springfield, Illinois, U.S.A has unduly delayed the person d/b/a @OblivyOn in reporting to their duly designated work location on or about 7:30 ante meridian Monday through Friday, Federal holidays excepted.

This has caused a nuisance to be created on the person and property (Portalis in specie) of one personage d/b/a @PipBoy1973.

It is the dutiful obligation of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Springfield to cause an adjustment in the timing of the heretofore stated Traffic Control System to create an unimpeded flow of vehicles and pedestrians travelling at the maximum legally allowable velocity to transit the 6th Street corridor from South Grand Avenue unto Cook Street.
