Although we respect and admire the work of our current and past photographer, the price of digital photos being $50 each to download is a huge expense on top of what has already been paid by families. We believe that a different photographer who offers free downloads could photograph the event beautifully, at a more affordable and fair price.

I’m pretty disappointed we weren’t informed about actual prices. For me, this means I probably won’t be able to save physical copies of some fantastic memories, and I’m just frustrated and feel like I’ve been almost cheated. Won’t be using Simon Woolf again unless I win the lottery.

Very upset that i won’t have any photos of the ball to remember, because i was under the impression that I would receive free digital downloads like every other ball i have attended. do not recommend simon woolf
