As everyone can tell by now the school name has been changed. Oh, you haven't heard? Well our great school staff thought it be great to change name from "Monsignor Donovan" to "Donovan Catholic". In my opinion I don't like that name very much. If someone went up to me and said "Hey, what school you go too?" I wouldn't say "Donovan Catholic" I would most likely say "Monsignor Donovan". People have spent a fortune on sweaters that say "MD" on them or a varsity jacket that cost at least 400 dollars to buy! Now all those sweaters and varsity jackets don't even have our school name on them correctly. Are you kinda angry right now about this change? Well so is all the students of "Donovan Catholic". Maybe there's hope for us though. If we get most of the current students, some past students, or even parents to sign this petition and send this to Dr. Gere and get our school name back! Let's try to get at least 1000 signatures, and maybe we have a chance to get the school name back!
