They really think they own the place ...used to be you could have any licencee or disco ... but now it is frowed upon if you dont have them behind the bar or Daves Disco !!its a village hall ... not the Harrison Young Hall .

A bit of a different slant however would raise concerns about davids fast thoughtless driving through the village. He frightened my wife and grand daughter to death last week and when concerns were made I had a visit from the local copper, his usual arrogant self thinking he was been clever! Anybody else have concerns regarding this you can report him for dangerous driving on the NYCC website. This isn't the first time it has been noted in the village, only a matter of time before a child gets injured or worse on North Road by this arrogant idiot!

Time they went. Then maybe people may start using the hall. They also need to be removed from the sutton gala. Then people may start having stalls and a procession again. They are ruining a good community spirt.

We really need to replace these power crazy people before they run the hall into the ground, it is a beautiful building, would be such a shame if it closed because of them.

Tried similar behaviour with us once had we booked our wedding there it upset my wife so much we actually looked for other venues but it too late in day. Our caterers were also aprehemsive having heard stories but on arriving to set up the night before we just told her - as did my family who knew her from a previous booking - it was our day and not to meddle and thankfully she backed off a bit and in the end we had a great wedding. The hall itself is lovely too and its a shame people are put off from booking it by the way they conduct themselves.

Disgraceful behaviour shown towards our guests and making everyone feel uncomfortable to the point we asked the lady in charge to leave!!

About time something was done about that family. Rude, obnoxious, self righteous, fickle people. Cannot stand them!!!!!!!!
