Sergio Aguero was unjustly given a yellow card for being fouled, He was effectively classed as a cheat by getting the said yellow card for simulation. This could lead to him being suspended in future times if he was to collect 5 yellow cards. This law must be changed to allow a yellow card to be rescinded retrospectively by the FA.
