Change the IIPP to allow long sleeve welding shirt and jeans as an option to coveralls whenever coveralls are required

Been welding 20 years and jeans and a welding shirt have kept me safer and cooler than any coverall I ever wore.

My vote is to be able to wear FR long sleeve shirts and Jeans when welding.

PLEASE let us switch. Dealing with heat exhaustion in July is a nightmare in those suits.
