Change the "Haikyuu!" animation back to its original

they used to look so good but now Ashai has a receding hairline...

please please PLEASE change it back. All though I do like to say that the new art style shows some maturity, the original art style had more nostalgia. I also don't like the pupil change for Hinata. It looks.. a bit off now.

Please change the animation back to the original. To the animators and staff, I sincerely hope you bring back the wonderful and exciting sport anime that is Haikyuu we know and love. Sending the best regards

S1-3 were genuinely delightful in all regards, and the animation was the best around imo. I can't even bring myself to finish S4 sadly.

The new art is so bad i have a hard time even wanting to finish the season

Yes I just started season 4 and I’m on episode 1 and I’m not happy about how strange the change is, especially with Asahi.

I miss the old art it was so much better and the expressions and animation was better to I think most haikyuu fans can agree the most characters look better with the old art style not the new one

No one here is trashing it they just prefer the old art style. Also, obviously this petition isn't going to do anything. I get the point your trying to make but the tone and the way your saying these things are ironically also rude. It's better if you spend your time and energy elsewhere.

To all of you who are bashing the animation/art style change, shut your mouths up please. Literally, just be quiet and stop talking. This is extremely disrespectful to Furudate, the creator of Haikyuu. The art style in the anime was changed to match up with the manga's and Furudate has worked incredibly hard for 8 years, only to have people bash their art style. You can have a preference but MAKING A LITERAL PETITION TO CHANGE the art style back to the older one because it doesn't meet your wack standards is unacceptable and rude. If you read the manga, you can clearly see the progress and improvement of the art style over time. But ofc we're going to hate on Furudate's art style because it doesn't meet YOUR expectations. New flash: in the end, the characters aren't for YOU to find attractive. If you're saying they were made less attractive, this is a sports anime and the art wasn't made for the sole purpose of just being attractive

Yes! I totally agree! It’s not like it’s bad, I just don’t really like it as much as the other seasons’ art! I feel like the animation can be a little bad at moments in the episodes too! Glad there’s other people who think the same! I’ll gladly sign and get my Haikyuu friends to do it too!

Anime stans stop being pretentious idiots challenge

The show was absolutely amazing but it kind of hurts me as a fan to see this we’re animation quality dumb down and watch but if someone did that to a live action Netflix series they would stop watching it I’m just saying that it should be changed back and a lot of people like the old animation and all the characters look more like themselves out like how they were introduced to us

Please just stop, there’s literally no way a petition will get the “old style” back. Also it’s so rude to bash someone’s artstyle just because it doesn’t live up to your standards. Furudate has worked hard on their style and it looks great, you’re just picky.
