All of our class in the gym, plus faculty and family, would be way too much. Not to mention, I feel like having graduation in the gym would be a bad fire hazard

I agree that the location for graduation should be changed. Of course it takes time and planning to change something like this, but even more of a reason to start this process. The Patriot Center most likely takes a long time in advance to book, so it may not be available; but even if this is true, other alternative venues should be searched for. Hosting graduation in the gym is not only uncomfortable, but also impractical and probably not safe either in case of an emergency because of the two thousand + people that they're trying to fit in the gym (around 700 students, their families, teachers, etc.). I find amusing that so far the saving alternative is hosting it outside when clearly that idea has such a wide range of problems...one being that it might be hard to listen to the inspirational speeches when everyone is being drenched in rain or scorching from hot weather. The parking problem won't be fixed in this alternative either. But hey, maybe if they pass out complimentary umbrellas to everyone, then it won't be so bad after all. As long as the graduates get matching blue ones, I'd say that's not too bad.

I am a parent, and having graduation at Fairfax with a class this size is crazy.. I heard a rumor that there was going to be overflow in the auditorium. No one want to watch graduation from there.

I believe that graduation should be held at Fairfax High School. Plus, who made this guy the spokesperson for the class of 2015 and where did he get 3/4ths from??
