The UK's government sentencing is horrendous. An abuser will only get 5 years MAXIMUM for hurting those who care about them. This is sickening. The government are protecting these abusers from the justice they deserve. It is thought that over 2.3 million adults were abused this year and yet nothing is being done about it. Change the sentencing, review it and change it. Its ok not to be ok.
