Coach King de motivated the boys and they ALL hated playing for him. Some people dont want to put their names on this but they all feel the same. I dont think that they will have enough boys to have a team if he's back. He is dishonest and disrespectful to players and parents. He puts on an arrogant act and pretends he cares but its all about him. Coach Williams is an up and coming coach that North cant let get away. Unless we are satisfied with one win seasons.. Coach Williams can turn this program around.

Dear TCN Parent or Mrs. King; we all know it's you. Nobody else knew about this OHSAA letter, so it sound like you and Scott are still talking about team issues behind peoples backs. That's one of the reasons nobody wants him here, and you can go with him for that matter. The first mark of a terrible coach is one that brags about the time they gave up, just showing up and giving your time doesn't make you a good coach. Showing up for work doesn't make you good, even though he didnt even do that all the time. Thanks King for coming to the last practice of the season. I guess he didn't think they needed to prep for CJ. Maybe we woulding have lost 78-18 if our coach came to practice. Coach Williams was there though. Funny how many players had to sit out quarters for missing practices over legitimate reasons like funerals, yet King doesnt show for the last practice??? He's a joke. As far as technical foul, theres something to be said for playing with passion and pride which Williams teams did and Kings did not. Many of the Ts were undeserved as well if you watched the games. Varsity wasnt in enough close or competitive games to get anyone competitive fires burning. Every game was a beat down with North as the joke I'd like to see this scholl and community if the football team won 1 game!! it would not be accepted, why should it be for Basketball?? And dont get on court competitive confused with respect for Coach Williams, his players do respect him and thats a fact. Kings player do not respect him, thats also a fact. I also like your One team win or lose comment, I think you meant, we are one team lose,lose,lose, lose, lose, lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose,lose, or win....

The headline says coach Williams demanded respect.How many technical fouls were received by JV compared to Varsity. No varsity player recieved a letter from OHSAA for disciplinary action. Thats not the respect I want my child learning.As for the comment on the school official caring about the future and reputation.I would rather have a reputation of good sportsmanship than winning.Also on that same note of the school officials a program does not begin at the High school level.We as parents did not know our child could play at a school program he is playing at the YMCA. So everyone on here complaining ask yourself are you part of the solution or problem. Are you helping with the kids? Thats were a program begins.

Embarrassed to sit in stands watching coach King run the same play over and over again with no results. The team is capable of more than one win a season but King makes that highly impossible.

This coach never showed any encouragement to the players, negative attitude with the players. A varsity coach should be able to produce more than one win. Mr. King in my opinion is just not coach material and TCN basketball would benefit with his removal.
