The Wall is very attractive and the HOA needs to GRANT this Variance... please don’t punish our neighbors who maintain their property..focus on the ones who are not! Just my Opinion!

The fact that the builders didn’t build the retention wall in the first place is enough reason to sign this petition. They should have done that for all the houses and threatening you with a fine for a perfectly built wall to increase the value and usability of you home is a no brained!
