Texas lawmakers: this is an absolute shame. Families should not have to fight for medical coverage. Surgeries for cleft lips and palates are MEDICALLY NECESSARY., NOT OPTIONAL. Of course we know that Texas ranks 48-50 in medical coverage. YOU GO ELLA!!!
