Steam should some of their policies. Usernames should be unique and other users should not be allowed to duplicate them because of a scam. Steam should also help users who have been scammed in false trades instead of only users whose accounts have been hacked. The average user would not know about a scam trade if it has not happened to them before. They should be given one chance if they have been scammed to get their items back and then anything after that is on them.
