Dear Khov at Villages at Country View Management,

Firstly congratulation on your new project at 'Villages at Country View' in Monroe NJ. We are all excited to be a part of your new project. We cant wait to move into our new homes.

We the future owners of the beautiful community have the following requests for our yet to be built homes.

• The recessed lighting provided by the builder is soft white, we all collectively wanted to have an option to choose between soft white (3000K) and daylight (5500K). (option code : ELE20545 - progressive intrinsic LED lights ). We all want to get daylight lightning, if we can get that through the option that we are paying for that will be great. It will help us little with redoing the lights later, reduce the electronic waste, and reduce the carbon footprint.
• Reduced HOA payments: Since the project is in its initial stage and there will be incremental change to maintain the landscape and other HOV related maintenance. We all collectively wanted to come forward to request reduced HOA payments until at least 50% of the community is occupied by the owners.
• Kids play area: Looking at the site plan there are several spots where we can easily have more than one kids play area. We all collectively request you consider at least 1 kid's play area to start with and expand as the project expands. We all just don't want to wait for several years before the HOA members to start rolling the ball for this initiative. If this is related to the Monroe township permissions, please guide us so that we all collectively reach out to the township with our requests.
• Discontinued Appliances: We know we all have finalized selection on the appliance package. Doing further research on our selected appliances we see that they all are discontinued by the manufacturer and suppliers, We collectively cannot take fact that we are paying for the discontinued products. Not sure if we can get an extended warranty beyond the default 1 year that we get. Can you please provide a detailed explanation on why these discontinued products were selected to be options for this brand new construction?
