Everyone, this is a petition to support the changing of school times. We want to expand the 8 am to 9 am. "Why?", you ask. Because studies have proven that teenagers and children need about eight hours of sleep and it has been found that early school times prevent that from happening. Did you know that if we start school later, it can reduce the risks of obesity, fatigue, anxiety, depression and improve our academic performance? Our brains are not ready to learn until later in the morning, which results in our grades slipping, lack of energy and focus, and risks getting higher.
