This is unfair on this year students considering they are not physically going.

Please try and sort this out. Fees shouldn’t be based on where you live.

We’re all in this together so let every student be afforded the same relief on fees

Absolute disgrace charging that much for an online Gaeltacht cannot justify asking us to pay that much

The fee is outrageous for any zoom course. For the numbers involved and to look after our future educators this should be included in the course for 2021 as other college costs where these students have to attend at the college have not arisen. Either that or give them a grant for this. SUSI hasn’t had to pay out to foreign students for the past year so should have a surplus. Also these are students in 3rd level doing a masters and should have gotten the €250 grant. Why do we not look after them. Many would be working part time to help with costs but due to COVID they haven’t been able to so this is an extra pressure on them. These are also the students for whom no preschool fees were ever paid by the government or any other benefit that is currently given! This is a small ask to help these students.

2,000 signatures and growing. That's 2000+ families, that's 2000+ student mental health. Let the students voice speak for itself!!!!

This seems fundamentally unfair and an exorbitant cost relative to previous immersive Gaeltacht educational stays. Given the fact that the students are struggling to find any regular income due to the lack of substitute teaching, part-time work in the service industry (or any other industry affected by Covid19) it seems even more unjustified.

I find this discracful I understand I’d there a fees involved but only knocking €100 off the original fee that covered a lot ans to pay that much for a zoom class is disgraceful

Disagraceful cost. The Gaeltacht was NEVER worth the money, how dare they charge such an amount. This cost indicates that the cost of accommodation, food (3 meals a day) and transport for 2 weeks costs €100. While the USELESS classes cost €650. Absolutely disgusted.
