This is absolutely unjustified. The students should not have to pay almost the same amount for 2 weeks of online learning to complete their gaeltacht requirements.

This is absolutely disgraceful. As a graduated student from Hibernia college my understanding is that pre covid when attending the Gaeltacht course you could choose to find your own accommodation to suit family situations and then the course cost €350 as you were only paying for the classes and activities. This is a situation that no one could have planned for and is putting further financial pressure on families that are already in situations they never thought possible. This needs to be addressed ASAP

As per usual Hibernia Bank... I mean College, stripping their students for every last cent. They made our year group and the ones after us lives hell, no consideration or support for their students whatsoever. Changed deadlines at the last minute to suit them, sent the results to the wrong students, delayed appeals for a year until legal action was threatened or graduation was looking and still sent out the wrong results.....I could go on. About time they were called out for their money grabbing ways.

It is not right to force students especially those who are native speakers to attend these courses! It is unfair to foist these charges upon students especially when they will be attending these courses are being conducted online!!
