Change of BTP project evaluation dates

We, the 4th year students of Electrical Engineering petition to have our BTP evaluation dates as follows:
Slot 1 (before end semester examinations) : 22nd and 23rd November 2014
Slot 2 (After end semester examinations)[for dual degree students] : 28th, 29th and 30th November
We believe the above dates would be ideal considering the fact that all B.Tech students have their placements starting 1st of December
