Adding a C day brings unnecessary stress to the table, when students have enough of it to begin with. I think almost every student can agree that moving away from 45 minute classes in middle school made school much more bearable. If the majority of students, parents and teachers dislike the idea of a C day, then maybe things should be left how they were, since they were working fine.

The idea of Northville High School having an A/B/C schedule instead of an A/B schedule is completely unacceptable. There is already quite a bit of pressure on students to take as many AP, Honors, and IB classes as possible. The proposed C day would put even more pressure on students than with the previous A/B schedule because all of a student's AP, Honors, IB, and hard classes would be every Friday! As students, we are already overloaded with homework, extracurricular activities, volunteering, internships, and jobs. Weekends are supposed to be a time to catch up on our assignments and other obligations, not to get further behind! Please do not make it worse on us by stressing us out even more. Also, bear in mind that the C day would result in having an insanely large amount of students in the cafeteria, especially since the lunches would be split between the top floor and the bottom floor. Last year, many students did not even have a seat in the cafeteria and were forced to sit on the floor or in the hallway. This C day would make the lunch room seating situation even worse! I hope that the administration recognizes the disadvantages of this proposed schedule and changes it back to the regular A/B schedule.

It's going to be difficult to run around the school from locker to room (across the school) within 6 minutes on a Friday, so many times in the day. And you barely achieve anything in a 45 min class. SEMINAR AFTER THE WEEKEND???
