Dear Homeowners of Brook haven
Recently we were notified of no parking on the street by the Property management company and homeowners association. This will require that no parking will be allowed by ANYONE including visitors at any given time regardless of what the reason be. ALL vehicles will subject to be towed.

The minimum access for fire lanes need be 20 feet and our street is over 27 feet. With an average mid-size car which is 5.9feet, this SHOULD allow parking on one side of the street at least.

Lets help each other by signing a petition to overturn this NO PARKING rule.
