The Vandales have done a lot for the Metis people of Sask , not only housing but Metis culture aswell. My father Mel Vandale did many fund raisers for the community and his brothers started the Metis Housing .

Change to Vandale Ave one of the first families who lived there . The house still stands read all the input from the family members .

My grandparents were one of the first people to reside on this street Grandmother stayed in their home till she couldn’t anymore . she loved the home grandpa and her boys built for her . it still stands today

Grandmother on Dad's side was one of the first, if not the first resident on this block. Lots of history.

My \grandparentgs were the first to live on that street. They are Metis and My uncles started Metis Housing in Saskatoon and my Father, Melvin Vandale has been playing the fiddle for dancers as well as fund raising with his band.
