All children should of had a say and my daughter is really worried having to wear the new skirt and blazer , she is very petite and she said she would look ridiculous , more fitted clothes is needed especially for the girls , there are a lot of parents not happy regarding price and outlook , Thankyou

It's not even the uniform's look that bothers me. This school is a public and the majority of families are just normal working class. £15 for a pair of trousers is extortionate and just not fair for families when you can get two pairs for £15 a Marks And Spencer's. Shocking. I leave school in just over a year now and the fact my mother has to pay £100 again on uniform that she only recently bought is just pathetic. No thought has been put into this and I honestly can't see anyway of getting around this but scrapping the idea.

Wow how horribly misinformed - This boy is thinking: - School uniform actually matters and contributes towards quality of schooling - Posting this on a dank memes bathroom "i can afford expensive clothes" group means I'm cool right guys??? - I'm only pretending I won't grow up to be a taxi/lorry driver or work at Tesco and claim benefits with my fat wife for the rest of my miserable existence while buying expensive shoes so I feel cool.

This is ridiculous. A bad taste over priced uniform will not improve exam results. This is a school for ordinary working class families. Stop being a snob and put your ideas into practical matters.

These new school uniforms are rank, apparently they are changing it so people look decent.whats saying they are going to wear them anyway? They didn't last time.its just a way of making money I reacon.

I agree with the blazer but think the embellished trousers /skirts @£15 a pair is not necessary particularly due to the rate of growth at this age and quantity required per child. Enforcing inflated sales through a third party is unacceptable .

Very expensive and the blazer is an eye sore. If this is compulsary and the school actually act on that then Im looking for another school. On another note how exactly is Emblematic based in BENTON a local firm to Chester Le Street. Parents should have been consulted before just sending a letter home saying this is happening come 1st September 2016. Disgrace

Looks like hogwarts uniform plus a private school. Nothing wrong with the old uniform.
