I have only just recently bought next years uniform for my children in a sale which means I can't get the money back , I think this is a ridiculous idea , especially for people like myself who have two children at your school so have twice the cost to splash out ,

This should have been voted on by parents, students & governors alike to ensure that full representation was given from all concerned. Whether the pupils like the uniform is surely key to success, but to also not consult parents who will be paying for this is quite concerning.

Why no consultation with the school community about something so expensive and so sudden, which affects this school community.
Why is more identification necessary on blazer, trousers AND jumpers. Why an incomplete letter on last day of term, This is wrong on so many levels. Thought governors were supposed to represent parents views.

I think it is ridiculous, why do trousers need a school badge. Which will not even be visible when wearing a blazer. Also why can it only be purchased from one so called local (Benton) how local us that to Chester le street.
