Highways are made for people to get to places fast. Only going 65 could take forever if your trying to pick up your kids or go to work. Changing the speed limit to 85 will help people get to where they need to be in a much more accessible amount of time and will also help the flow of traffic.

Everyone already drives 80 anyway. Lets just make it legal so we stop feeling like criminals for just trying to get to work on time.
The limits were set back when cars had drum brakes and bias ply tires. Its the future now.
About time. Cars today are basically glued to the road and 65 is just way too slow for modern engines.
Traffic flow is way better when everyone isnt braking because of a stupid sign. My truck handles 85 no problem.
SO TRUE. Waste of time going 65 in a 75 zone when you can hit 85 easy. Lets do this.
