The current Committee review policy is to only allow 47 members of the community to have six foot fences and the rest are only allowed four foot fences. This document would help the board of directors see that a large percent of the community is for allowing six foot fences to everyone and to give family's of the community more privacy and safety to their homes. Signing this petition is a way to voice your opinion on changing this policy that is not a legal bylaw in our governing documents. The board has the power to change this policy with out spending money on legal changes as it is only a policy by the review committee.

This policy is not only unfair but also targets people based on location of their home. I would like to believe we our a community of unity and fairness and its simply not this way with this policy. There are plenty of members with in our community who have six foot fences. The new phase has a lot of homes with 6 foot fences and their community continues to thrive and grow at a high rate. Even the builder has now changed their views on these fences as they have allowed homes to do this in phase two.
