I totally agree with all of these point, £9000 is a lot for them not to care. Last time i checked i wasn't paying for part time studies for me to be given part time tutors. Although some tutors are extremely useful others don't think its important to reply to emails especially when the emails are directed to feedbacks.

These students need to be given all the help and support they can by the uni , they need access to studio , need to be given results and feedback to ensure they're moving in the right direction and need to be able to keep printing costs to a minimum .

It is disturbing that the extortionate amounts of money that students pay these days seems to include so little It is incredulous that appropriate feedback doesn't seem to be being provided - surely this is one of the main requirements of education providers?

The treatment of these students is disgusting. They have been falsely led to believe something that isn't the case and had they known that this would be the education they are putting themselves into debt over I'm sure that they wouldn't have chosen DMU as their university. Furthermore, I think that the issue not only lies with the architecture faculty, but DMU as a whole. How the university can think they are ever going to improve on league tables yet compromise other students education is ridiculous, if they weren't so concerned with trying to make themselves known and the VC wasn't so bothered about being pals with societies and members of the student union then maybe more would be done. It is an utter disgrace, it is no wonder the university is lacking in all areas and is churning out so many disappointed students. An absolute waste of time for these intelligent students.

My daughter studies at Leicester and she has mentioned on numerous occasions how she goes to use the library out of hours, I know this would have a big impact in her studies if she wasn't allowed to use it during these times.

Supporting my son as a concerned parent who gets little assistance paying fees for facilities that have been withdrawn!

It seems totally unacceptable to me that at such a late stage in the academic year, facilities that are crucial for the students, have been withdrawn for no apparent reason. These students went through a selection procedure to secure a place on the course. Likewise, they selected DMU based on promises. Unfortunately these promises arethat not being delivered and future careers could be at stake. Never mind the cost!

The detail outlined is of grave concern not only to the students, but parents and the university itself. An independent investigation is needed to examine the many serious issues raised that reflect very poorly on Leicester School of Architecture.
