When my husband, Captain Hans-Jörg Möller, was murdered and I nearly killed by 8 Oshowambo men last year 17 June 2016 we also started a petition NO BAIL FOR MURDERERS. Panduleni who shot my husband was out 4 TIMES FOR MURDER. The Namibian law must change to the Botswana law: if you kill, you get killed. All of us should stand together and peacefully protest for the death sentence to come back otherwise the Government must be suied. Carol-Ann Möller Wife of Captain Hans Möller who helped to build Namibia and did a lot of charity work especially in the north and south of Namibia

laws should be changed to make it difficult for repeat offenders to be granted bail. and to find a way for convicted criminals to do hard labour, instead of just being well fed on our tax contributions.

A definite decree that wrong doers be penalized and not excused and strong sense of dicipline be implimented in our justice system...also in the criminal system a strong implimentation of counceliing and healing to improve negative thought processing...

The law should forbid bail to previouly convicted violent offenders, stock thieves, poachers and officials who embezzled public funds. Lawyers who argued for and judges who granted bail should be personally accountable when a criminal on bail commits a similar offence.

Criminals to be kept behind bars. Is there a possibility that such criminals can be used for labour so at least the country is also benefitting.?

The law system is full of many other flaws and has just become a waste of time and money.. cases is being postponed by the hundreds and still no imeadeate solution for months and years..!?

Yes. Well. I reckon it should be more stringent but also far more just. But the real issue is that our executive, legislative and judiciary systems are rampant with corruption. And that means it's easy for people to get away with whatever
