Went in for a medical emergency regarding my pregnancy and was told by the dr after 8 hours “next time I need to not waist their time because they don’t have a ob section, and go to a hospital off base to be assessed”

Easily the worst medical care I’ve ever received.

The poor care at Eisenhower needs to stop. Doctors don't take anything seriously, the care is lacking. I've been blown off countless times by multiple doctors and I'm the one having to suffer because of it. Patients need to come first, I shouldn't be afraid to take my children to the doctor. And I shouldn't have to be forced to consider paying out of pocket for myself and my children just so we can receive decent care!

The Pharmacy is completely inefficient and needs an overhaul. If I’m sick and seen in FP then it shouldn’t take 3 steps at the Pharmacy to get my meds and waiting 60-90 mins minimum

Definitely one of the worst hospitals I've been too, yet it's one of the biggest.. Go figure.

The neglectful care at Eisenhower nearly led to the death of my daughter in her sleep.

Endocrinology and Rheumatology are a joke. They make you wait forever, they have serious issues running on time, then when you see them they are clueless how to help you and just keep ordering more tests but cant make a diagnosis. Very inexperienced and horrible bedside/ patient manner. Not helpful at all. General are lazy and send you off post so they don't have to deal with you not to mention they lied and falsified my medical records saying they saw me and never did. I waited 3 hours and no doctor, just an intern saying he is running late. No one could help me and I had to leave, I could not wait any longer. The nurses in family medicine are inexperienced and need a lot more training as well as customer service classes to help act professional. The pharmacy is absolutely the worst system ever that you have put in place. The military techs are rude and disrespectful to patients. Dr. Conner is the best family medicine doctor there and he cares truly about his patients but it is nearly impossible to get an appointment with him. Oncology is great too.

Most of the doctors are inadequate, there are maybe 10 good doctors in the whole family medicine clinic, it's sad that we have to see these doctors and have no say in our health-care.

The ER and Endocrinology are amazing, never have had an issue. Family medicine is a mess, the nurses are basically right out of school and the doctors don’t actually help when needed. I feel that the one good doctor out of 50 isn’t good enough.

The waiting time for Prescription medicine is way too long, I waited 4 hours and decided to go off post due to the in adequate service. Is this how you intend to treat those who have fought for our country?

Back in 2009 they were so understaffed and overpopulated Tricare covered being seen off post and staying Tricare Prime we need to bring this back. My child now has an amazing pediatrician. But I mean this is after we've had a broken growth plate for 6 months go undiagnosed and so many other issues. Sadly because this is a training facility that's what it's going to be blamed on

Family medicine needs a radical change. A simple physical shouldn’t take almost 2 hours from check into finish.

Need to update not only the hospital but the whole post. This post overall is a joke and a waste of life.

The care at Eisenhower is the worst I have ever experienced especially the ER. Most doctors do not take the time to properly figure out what’s going on. The take a guess and if that’s not it then it’s on to the next guess. Also there is not an adequate number doctors for the number of patients that are seen there.

Things have to change, between the trial by error medicine oh, and the Misdiagnosis people are dying!
