The current s-rank system is broken. Counterplay acknowledged the system was flawed over 4 months ago. They promised a fix in time for WC point qualification. The concerns of the s-rank system have been ignored for too long. I hope you will add your signature to this petition whether you are s-rank or not as striving for an accurate and fair system should be an ideal for any game.

If the DWC is to have any true meaning, S-Rank must be revamped to more truly represent skill in Duelyst. Otherwise DWC becomes a showground where not necessarily all the best players will perfrom
I think there are some issues with s-rank gameplay and it makes sense to fix them since they matter now for World Cup Qualifier points. I would love to see a system where all players have an elo/glicko rating regardless of rank, o think it would improve matchmaking overall.
I've played lots of games before with ladder systems, and this month Duelyst has struck home as the worst ladder I have ever played. The system now punishes you just for playing it, dropping your rating when you lose by FAR more than you can hope to recover from any wins. It seems absurd to punish people for WANTING TO PLAY YOUR GAME AND DOING WELL! DWC points for such a broken system is insulting.
I am a multi-season S-Rank player. I haven't gone for WC points yet, but the current flaws in the system make it discouraging for me to try.
Beats me why I lose 12 ranks in S for defeating higher placed player than me. Logical.
I had a dream once that all 1v1 games just used elo to determine ranking.
I'm #1 on the ladder for going 5-0 in S-Rank. This makes no sense.

as duelyst's first expansion comes roaring around the corner and its presence in the esports scene takes off, the appropriation of rank of the top tier desperately needs to be rectified to protect the integrity of competitive play.
