When a passerby see's an outside sales display or sales rack, it sparks their interest. When a passerby has seen an outside sales rack or display for a certain amount of time and then it's gone, the passerby assumes the business is closed. Since we've had to take our sales rack inside, our sales have drastically went down. We have customers calling to ask if we're still open for business. The Consignment shop down the street has had their sales racks outside for twenty eight years. They're now being told they can longer do this. Their sales have plummeted. Now the business owner doesn't know what she's going to do and her employee is in fear of losing her job. Small businesses have to be able to thrive in order for our community to grow.
