UPDATE: I just spoke with Senator Jackson we all need to get together and go to the next budget meeting I will be calling next week to find out when it is and will be requesting that they put the bus route on the list on things to go over. I will update you on the details when I get them Thank you.

There are a lot of streets presently that just 2 vehicles can meet, let alone have children walking and waiting for a school bus to arrive. At Elementary School there are times when there is no recess because it is too cold but we can let the children walk to the bus stop and wait for the bus!!!!!! I just don't understand.

The bus doesn't have anybody to drop off on the main road why can't they just drop us off at our houses, there are three of us on the road that have to walk all the way down just to get home

We don't like the idea of bringing a child to wait for the bus. At the corner of fox and 13th that is such a busy street not to mention very dangerous and the children have to cross that 3rd to get home very unsafe..it would be better if the kids could all wait in our dooryard where they will be safe...

These new bus routes is very dangerous for these little kids to be hanging out next corner stop signs half the time vehicles cannot stop because there vehicle is sliding out of control what is going to happen to these little ones that don't know what to do in that situation... Thanks

Its winter now and this new bus route pickup system has no thought processs or care for the child or their safety.

I would like the route back to its original spot because I am disabled and with my back I am unable to walk very far and have had to be in agonizing pain just to go pick up/wait with Emily at her new designated bus stop. The original one I was able to see her outside our door window and if it was cold she could wait inside until we herd the bus. Now if its freezing cold like this week she will have no be exposed to it with no place to stay warm.

It is unsafe for the children to be going up or down to travel to a main spot in the middle of winter.
