Excluding streets because they are unoccupied and are therefore unlikely to raise an outcry is unjust. They are literally the closest streets to the school itself

I bought a home in this area and the closet school is the new broad street school. Just a walking distance

It is unfair that the new lanes were left out and were left out only because no one was in there to fight for.
