I have recently found out that Houston, TX is still able to purchase form Bradfordwhite, the older White-Rogers Gas valve that we used to get from them. I have been forced to buy the Icon valve in my area, and I have had some problems. Bradfordwhite gives me the parts to correct the issue, but I have to go back and the customer is not happy. Over 24 within the last 2 years for a very small plumbing shop is too many, and most of mine have gone at the 2 year mark, which means that I cannot get any Labor Reimbursement from manufacturer. I have been told that My area cannot get the older valve. I want Bradfordwhite to allow anyone in this Country that buys their product the same access as Houston, Tx. I hardly ever had any issues with the older valves, and now that I know they still make them. I should be able to get them. In my area Bradfordwhite is the best brand, but it was better than it is now. I created this petition because Management seems to think that there are not many of us out there that want to change back.
