Change Australian Legislation to ensure Children's worker are held accountable for abuse in care and to give the Children's Court Power

Caseworkers to be registered so that they are held accountable for their corrupt actions.

If a doctor, pilot, driver etc is accountable for there actions so should a worker dealing with a family

as far as i'm concerned these scum need to learn their lesson n stop playing with our kids life especially in my case WODONGA CHILD STEALING OFFICE stealing my 6wk old son Callum Vodden because you got false reports & supposedly got your info " IN GOOD FAITH" It was all bs on the flimsy evidence you used to steal Callum in the first place n then continue on with your lies including FALSE NEURO PSYCH REPORTS YOU CLAIM WERE MINE NOT you have me mixed up with someone else & also claiming a number of MEDICAL CONDITIONS I HAVE (THEY ARE NON EXISTENT) and you can't prove otherwise. you had no right stealing my son in the first place because of liars. You Minister Mary Wooldridge for Victoria you yourself should be held accountable for the corruption into stealing of innocent children LIKE MY SON I hope your happy stealing other peoples children n putting them in care & in the meantime those corrupt sc*m & you get to go home to a warm home n your oh so perfect life NOT n spend time with your children or grandkids & partners while you make everybody elses life a living hell n tear families apart.

how many children continue to get wrongfuully removed on false allegations lied to by the docs. docs make false reports children are placed in fosyer care get abused or end up dead. and they get money for every child they take now listen to tim carmody enquiry that states systematic failures throughoutt the dept and make changes now before another child is abused or killed in care deal with the family within the home environmentt most of these case workers themselves have committted crimes as well as crimres aginst humanity tthese chilldren are then returned if they are ever returned majority not to the parents with signs of trauma mental illness suffer anxiexty and emotional abuse from being removed are you protecting our children no i do not think so traumatizing yes and then you are putting them on psychotropic drugs eg antiphsychotics , amphetamines because you traumatized our children

Too late for two little girls left in our care until docs took them and put them with a couple later charged with making"kiddy" porn.

DOC's need to be held accountable for all their actions due to constant failures of the system that is in place, children have been left at home in dangerous situations and the child has been discovered dead the next day. Then there is the children removed from homes that are safe, and the child is put throught emotional damage as well as the parents, and it takes months for the child to be returned home, because DoC'S fail to do their jobs adequately.

I am a child of the system. The system is no better than it was all those years ago.

They need to be made accountable just as we would be.

No one should be above the law. All should be accountable for their actions and answerable for them

Docs need to be accountable for what they say & do. There are over 10,000 families falsely accused in Australia. Too many people to ignore

Care and protection need to step up and take full responsibility on their actions and be held accountable
