Change ACM Citation Style

While computers are better at numbers, humans have a better memory for
names. A citation of "[34]" is not as informative as "Aho et al.
1986". The former requires constant flipping to the references section
and hides the humans who spent countless hours to produce a work
worthy of citation behind some random number.

We call on ACM to change their citation style to that similar to the
APA style or that used by The Association for Computational
Linguistics (ACL) where citations give the name of at least one author
of the cited work and the publication year.
