I am signing this petition because it is unjust to Zachery Hoover that he should take full punishment for something he did not do. It was an error on USF, and he is paying the ultimate price. Zachery Hoover’s life is Running he has been since 6th grade. #NAIA Needs to review this and overturn their decision. Good luck Zachery Hoover we STAND BEHIND YOU !!

Any student that proven themselves to be this hard working as Zach, with the obvious evidence to back up his claim, should not be penalized for something outside his control.

The school made the mistake not Zachary. He trusted his counselor to make the right choices and she failed him. The NAIA then makes this horrible decision to take away Zachs senior year of cross country.
Zach not only is a great athlete he is Stellar student.
