Blanket ban on online gaming irrespective of the game is skill based or luck based is unconstitutional.
It is impacting the livelihood of the skilled poker players. 40% GST on deposits is irrational. GST on the profits at least makes some sense.

We all are playing huge amounts of taxes on our winnings.
Its a skill games and we all have done a lot of hard work gaining that skill to become profitable

After so many years of hard work and dedication in getting good at poker, I lost my right to livelihood overnight. I'm so disappointed and I really hope the government reconsider their decision.
