Semua pegawai atasan rapidkl perlu letak jawatan kerana tidak mampu menyelesaikan masalah pengangkutan awam di bawah seliaan mereka. Hal ini telah menyusahkan rakyat yang perlu berulang-alik dari rumah ke tempat kerja dengan menaiki pengangkutan awam.
