Shame on the Top Management who I presume has never taken a ride in the lrt train during peak hours every day. That is why they dont feel the pain suffered by the commuters when the service is disrupted & no proper contigency plan is in place. Only knee jerk plan is provided.

Public transport is very crucial to everyone that commute back and forth to work daily. Shutting it down for 7 days while there's a high possibility of flood is very irresponsible.
