rapid has always had bad service, escalators, roof leaking at the stations, and now they decided that the trains should breakdown too

Heads need to roll for the constant breakdown of service without proper plan on preventing such issues, nor any foresight to what issues they may face and any proper SOP on handling them on the spot

As someone who use public transportations daily, the news is beyond awful. Tak ada langsung solutions from the upper level management even dalam PR yang mereka baru buat pagi tadi. Ramai orang yang commute guna public transportations membazir masa, duit dan tenaga.
