A balanced raw diet is the best a dog can get. Its the most natural way to feed them, you should be showing people all the different choices so they can make a proper decision in what they choose to feed.

This can hardly be considered to be a balanced and informative programme if, in 2014, it totally ignores the concept of raw/BARF feeding.

More and more people are feeding their dogs raw so how can a balanced raw diet not be shown. But please show that the diet needs to be balanced not just one protein source.

Raw feeding is the best thing that ever happened to our Labradors! A true story should offer all options otherwise it's not accurate and can be accused of bias. Raw feeding isn't devil worship but dog food manufacturers don't want people to know!!!

Whn I started feeding my dogs raw 14 years ago it was almost unheard of now the benefits have been shown, my dog has cancer nd is surviving by having nothing processed, nothing for cancer cells to feed on.

I feed all 3 of my dogs raw food and they are extremely healthy. My chihuahua was fussy and practically starved on kibble (different types) for 9 years and now eats everything. It's natural for a dog to eat this way so she be shown x

I have two VERY healthy spaniels fed on RAW! It's the most natural dog food going! And guess what? It's not man made full of crap!

I have a staffy that had ear and skin complaints for years .vet said all these really expensive treatments would work , they did nt so i changed his diet to raw and hes like a new dog! really reccomend it .

Raw is best for dogs and should have a programme to promote it over most kibbles!!!

I get whole birds (chicken, pheasant, wild duck) for my chihuahua. He eats everything of the bird, head and feet included. I chop birds into meal size portions,freeze and then defrost a portion when needed. Bones are essential, and never did my dog had any problems digesting them. I do not give lamb and cow bones as they are too strong for my little guy.
He also eats lots of green tripe.

My dog has a frozen chicken wing every day before his raw meal. Has channel five been got at by the dog food producers? Seems like it.
