We, the Tennesseans for Fiscal Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, hereby request the Federal Election Commission, pursuant to 11 C.F.R. 111.5, to undertake a full investigation and comprehensive audit of the current and previous years' campaign finance reports of Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee District 7, and specifically the FEC filings of the Marsha Blacburn for Congress, Inc. FEC account.  

We believe that during her years as a United States Congressional Representative, hundreds of thousands of dollars have gone unaccounted for and have been funneled to entities owned or operated by direct family members. We hereby ask that the FEC in conjunction with the Department of Justice and the House Ethics Committee, not only audit the financial reports of the Marsha Blackburn for Congress campaign, but also request IRS tax return transcripts from any family member for any and all years where disbursements were made to any entity that may may be connected to a family member to ensure that income was reported and Federal tax has been properly remitted to the US Treasury.  

We also request that officials from financial institutions that have held or currently hold mortgage(s) on the Blackburn property at 6105 Murray Lane, Brentwood, Tennessee 37027 be issued subpoenas and testify under oath to determine if any undue influence was exerted during the time of 'mistaken' foreclosure proceedings.
