The most commonly advertised jobs are for fast food places that in most cases will not accept older persons for general job positions unless they are applying for a managers position in which they are not qualified. Then there are Retail positions available yet they want 'experienced' employees yet not willing to train and give the experience that is needed! 

Alot of people need jobs and cannot rely on Centrelink to support them on a week to week basis. So please sign this petition in order for employers to start giving the lest qualified people a fair go and train them so that they can gain skills and help their businesses to strive.
