The City Council should agree with the Traffic and Parking Board and the consistent sentiment of the directly affected residence and maintain 4 lanes on Seminary Road.

The idea of shrinking this already over taxed road is absurd and unrealistic. Bravo to all Alexandrians who have made their voice heard !

Retain the 4 lanes. The 25mph speed limit is bad enough.

Please keep four lanes of traffic. Safety crosswalks with on demand lights are good idea too for pedestrians safety.

My wife & I have lived on the Hill for 40+ years. I enjoy biking but I am strongly opposed to reducing the 4 lanes. It is already very difficult to merge onto either Quaker Lane or Seminary Rd at rush hours. Do NOT make it worse.

Please listen to the people who live and pay the taxes here. The LAST THING WE NEED is impediments to getting around an already overcrowded area.

Leave Seminary Road with four traffic lanes. Don't create even more traffic havoc by changing this.

For once, can the city council listen to the people who actually live in the area where the changes are proposed? I doubt it.

Keep Seminary Rd to 4 lanes. As long as the city does not address the issue with non- Alexandria residents cutting thru to get to 495 and Woodrow Wilson Bridge we will continue to have the congestion.

As if the traffic issues from the BRAC Building at Mark Center aren't enough, the City once again would like to disrupt our commutes to and from school and to and from work. Please reject any recommendation from T&ES or any other party that proposes to reduce the lanes on Seminary Road between Howard and Quaker Lane, especially St. Stephens Rd and Zabriskie Dr
